The Empowering Northern Youth through Career Development (ENYCD) program is a tri-territorial effort between the Yukon Literacy Coalition, the NWT Literacy Council and Ilitaqsiniq Nunavut Literacy Council. This project is funded by the Government of Canada’s Youth Employment and Skills Strategy.
